Daily Energy Management Exercise

GROUNDING: Take a nice deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Continue breathing, filling your lungs from the bottom to the top and exhaling from the top to the bottom. Breathe in, breathe out...nice and easy. Stand with your feet hip width apart and slightly bend your legs at your knees. Feel your body as you breathe and connect with your feet. You can bounce slightly to feel the connection even more. Focus on your hips, legs and feet. Visualize roots coming down from the palms of your hands and souls of your feet and going down into Mother Earth. You can choose any type of roots that fit for you; oak tree, roses, grapevines, etc. In the center of the Earth is a giant stone. Connect your root to that stone and really wrap your energetic roots around it. Feel the tug against your body. Know that you are always anchored to the Earth. Breathe in again and feel your connectedness. Allow the Earth to begin flowing upwards through your roots and into your feet, legs and hips. You may see this as a dark, burgundy red color. Like a ship, you are well anchored. You are grounded to the Earth. Begin moving around the room. Your roots are flexible and go with you wherever you go. You are safe in the protection of a loving Mother Earth. SAY, "I AM GROUNDED."

BALANCING: While doing the grounding technique above, begin to lift one leg and then the other, up and down. Feel your body from side to side. Make contact with your feet on the floor. Remember to breathe...in through your nose and exhale through your mouth. As you breathe in, put your intention on balance. As you breathe out, exhale anything that is unlike balance. Feel your body. Feel where you are in space and grounded to the Earth. Feel any imbalances as you move. Just recognize them and continue balancing from side to side until you feel energies becoming more equal front to back, left to right, inside to outside and all the way down to the level of your DNA. Be easy on yourself as you recognize how you feel in your body. SAY, "I AM BALANCED."

CENTERING: Standing still, place your hands in prayer position at your crown chakra (top of head). Breathe in and feel your energies centering there. Feel your connection to Source, God...whatever name you would like to use. Breathe in and down into your crown a golden ray of Light energy. Allow this Light to fill you and fill each energy center. Spend as much time at each chakra until you feel the centering. Move your prayer hands slowly to your third eye and breathe in, feeling the centering. And now to your throat center, and on to your beautiful heart. Breathe in a feel the opening in your heart as you send so much love into your own amazing heart. Change your hand position from pointing upward to pointing downward as you move to your solar plexus, and on to your belly and then to your root. Feel the centering over each area. Go slowly. When you have breathed into each area and feel all your chakras from your crown to your root, begin bringing your hands and arms out to your sides and slowly down around your entire body encasing yourself in an egg of reflective colored light radiating from your own chakra-energy system. This mirrored light only lets in the good and reflects back out anything that is of lower vibration. (Your inner child keenly knows the difference between YIPPIIEEEE AND YUCKY energy AT ALL TIMES.) Now, with the back of your palms together and arms extended over your head, begin sending this same vibration of grounding, balancing and centering out to your own energy field and around your body at your sides--Core Body, Extended Light Body, Earth Body, Solar System Body, Galactic Body and Universal Body. Also with intention, send it out to anyone who would benefit from this work who is open to receiving it. SAY, "I AM CENTERED."

Tune in, breathe, and feel your body. Know that you can pull in your energies at any time (contraction). You can also expand your energy at any time depending on the situation. (expansion)--
You are completely in charge of how you use your own energetic vibration. You are the Divine Balance of Love and Power. 
SAY, "I AM GROUNDED, BALANCED, AND CENTERED."

Amen, Amen, Amen.

(Once mastered, this technique will only take you a few minutes every morning and evening. It is a profound way to re-energize yourself and send a powerful prayer of goodness out to others.)
