THE SEVEN CHAKRAS |
|
|

The root or first
chakra, located at the base of the spine,
connects us to our primal nature or our tribe,
sexual energy, groundedness to the Earth and our
survival, releasing, rebalancing and recharging each
center with breath, tone, movement and color.
|

The second chakra
or belly/sacral chakra is associated
with our creativity and sexual expression. It is
located just above the pubic bone. This is our
connection to all relationships: God, self, time,
money, one another, environment.

The third chakra
or power center at the solar plexus beneath
the rib cage is our association with our personal
power. It also regulates digestion.
|

The fourth or
heart chakra is the dividing line of
energy between the lower 3 energy centers and the
upper three. The heart radiates the energy of
healing and guides us to a deep sense of
interrelationship with all things.

The fifth or
throat chakra is located in the center of
the neck or thyroid area and is associated with our
ability to express ourselves and express ourselves
vocally and creatively.

The sixth chakra
or third eye is located between the brow
and is home to our higher consciousness, planning,
ability to pay attention, our intellect and clarity
of past, present and future of all things.

The seventh
chakra or crown is located at the top of
the head and slightly above and is the seat of our
intention and our spirituality, connecting us to the
Divine Energies of Source/Spirit."

THE BEAST
My head hits
the pillow.
And in a flash, I'm asleep.
In the morning I wake up.
It's the routine that I keep.
I sleep all
those hours.
My night life's quite boring.
Never remembering my dreams.
Or even my snoring.
Except for
this one time.
It was so vivid, so real.
I awoke in my dream.
And watched with a thrill.
I was alone
in the darkness.
Just me and the moon.
I was laughing and howling,
To my own primal tune.
I was no
longer human.
Not in the least.
I was covered with hair.
I was a beast.
I looked like
a wolf.
My teeth were all showing.
I seemed proud of myself.
My power was growing.
I was big for
my age,
At least nine feet tall.
Performing ritual moves,
With my tail and all.
I stood up on
my hind legs.
Savage and wild.
Dancing in circles.
An uninhibited child.
I was strong,
I was bold.
There were no others in sight.
I knew my own power.
I had no need to fight.
As I danced
with my big feet.
Pounding the ground.
My growling grew deeper.
It made quite a sound.
I was letting
it all out.
Doing what was me.
I began to laugh louder.
At what I could see.
I gazed down
at my toes.
All covered with hair.
I heard a strange sound.
Happening down there.
My eyes grew
bigger.
Gazing down at my feet.
I had ten press-on nails.
Clicking wildly to the beat.
They were
long, they were sharp.
They were painted bright red.
In the moonlight they sparkled.
A swipe from them I'd dred.
The beast
continued dancing.
Enjoying this party for one.
This dream won't be forgotten
I was having too much fun.
I woke up
still laughing.
My skin had less hair.
I was human again.
My long nails weren't there.
I never remember
What goes on while I sleep.
It's always quite peaceful.

a fun, enthusiastic (infused with God)
and energetic presentation which moves
energy throughout the entire chakra system. |

It is an excellent,
interactive presentation that is versatile
enough to be suited for an individual,
family, office, organization, or small to
large group.
It is about awakening the
"chi" or lifeforce within through
breath,

|
visualization,
movement, tone and tuning into the energetic
centers (chakras) of the body. |
|
|
The work is done in a standing and
moving position. All are encouraged to let go and
loosen up the physical body, and to free the mind,
emotions, voice and spirit.
Participants move gradually into a
period of play and lightheartedness, bring about
total freedom of movement to the level possible
for each individual.
The session begins by facilitating
a connection between the client and the core
center of Mother Earth, which vibrates at the same
frequency as all the healthy cells of our body and
connects our lower root chakra to the core of the
Earth through our feet.

effervescent. It brings forth uncertainty,

quickly move from one chakra to the next,
we bring the entire energetic system into
balance and playfulness in a safe and

The group
is instructed to start breathing in and out and
moving energy through the feet, up the legs, to
the first chakra or root, causing energy to begin
opening and expanding as the breath is focused on
each part of the body. A connection is made to
Mother Earth for grounding, balancing and centering the entire
energy field. |
|
|
|
One
by one, each chakra is opened, released,
rebalanced and recharged with specific
vibrations for each of the seven chakras on
the physical body, extending upward to the
8th chakras (emotional body), |
|
|
9th chakra (mental body), 10, 11,
12th chakras (spiritual bodies). Colors
corresponding to each energy center are visualized
to increase the vibration and "ampage"
(increasing, or "amplifying") of energy.
This work is highly effective, due
to Juanita Mazzarella's own calibration of energy,
which has been progressively developed and tuned
throughout her life as well as the individual's
intention to be free and the ''quickening" of
Earth's vibration at this time.
Juanita continued her lifelong
energetic study with Rev. Scott Beebe in 1999 and
has completed all six layers of energy which can
be calibrated using these methods and has moved
beyond the Rebalancing phase into the Building and
Rebuilding stages of Energetic Aliveness!

Each
participant is encouraged to stretch, move,
make sound, laugh, remember what it was like
to be a child at three to five years old and
carefree, reclaiming that part of themselves
which is associated with total freedom,
letting their energy flow within them with
the help of the facilitator and the group
awakening.
As each chakra becomes more
active and strong, they begin connecting
with one another.

All of the
energy centers coming alive, radiant, and vital.
The physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual
bodies of energy radiating from the individual
chakras open and expand, and the day-to-day lives
of the participants become aligned with their soul
purpose and joy for life. Even when organs are
missing, participates can activate the energetic
organs and reclaim their power in each energy
center profoundly effecting their lives. A strong
Lifeforce begins to flow freely from one energy
center to the next, and the change is tangible! |

A cooling
down period is facilitated at the end of the
presentation, using a hand drum and tuning bowl to
wind |
 |
down
the energy and balance it back to neutral,
followed by a period of guided group
meditation. Each participant will feel
different after this experience depending on
the level of release and recharge of
energetic vibration. Participants who |

|
have experienced "Shakin'
Your Chakras" events consistently report an
overall feeling of balance, harmony, clarity and
sense of wellbeing, as well as a dramatic shift in
awareness of going from "lack" to
"abundance".
Juanita's work is inspired by African
Healing Dance, the music of Inner Voice and her
love for the "Wild Heart Energies" and
poetry of David Whyte and Larry Buffington. She is
most enthusiastic to work with adults and children
of all ages.
