Juanita Mazzarella has been receiving guidance in the form of "speeches" since she was about six years old. As she explains it...

It came through as if a committee of beings was speaking to me. As a child, I did not know what it was, but it was a familiar voice which I heard, mostly at night when I was sleeping. This voice would often wake me up with loud messages. "No one is better than you, and you are no better than anyone else." It felt like people were telling me things I needed to know. I could also see them. When I asked what this was, I heard: "We are the Great Orators." (I didn't know what an orator was.) I kept this information pretty much to myself. I figured it would not be a good idea to tell my family that I was hearing voices in my head!

A couple of years later, after my father died, I shut the voices down and did not want to hear any messages from them. I was mad at God. I turned my back on whatever this was that was giving me guidance and followed my own way.

When I was 35, I began learning how to meditate. I studied a form of open-eyed meditation I still use today called Raja Yoga. At that time, I had just been diagnosed with breast cancer and needed to learn to calm down. Going into meditation and connecting with God/Goodness again, I began to hear and see the same voices --or group of voices-- I remembered from my childhood. This time, I was open to hearing whatever messages they wanted me to know about my healing...and they spoke volumes, constantly. I received a complete prescription of how to get well with a more natural approach to healing cancer. "You need to get A LOT off your chest. Radiate from within and share your love with others; this will heal you." I began to hear and see the messages all over again.

At the same time, I was also receiving a form of counseling called psychosynthesis from the Arica training. This greatly increased the auditory and visual messages I could receive. It began to give me some structure around all this "chatter." I realized this was actually a healing tool and I had a heightened sensitivity to it. From 1993-1995, I wrote constantly, clearing through much of the information I needed to process --information which was buried inside of me from this lifetime, as well as fragments of what seemed to be from one previous lifetime. I drew pictures of what I saw; I wrote tons of poetry and stories. It was mostly coming through my thoughts and also in written form. I would be awakened during the night to write down information as if I was taking "dictation" from the Masters.

During this time, all the information which came through was for me. Then in 1996, information began flowing in for other people around me, people I knew. I wrote it down and I would throw it away. I was too scared to hand it over to those people it was coming in for, but I quickly learned that when I did this, it would wake me up louder the next night with the same information. Finally, I took a leap of faith and turned the writings over with a plain piece of paper wrapped around the information saying this information came to me, but it was not for me. I guess I figured, people would have the opportunity to throw it out. But, they did not throw it out. Instead, the writings began making a profound connection with those individuals who were receiving messages. And I began to trust this guidance even more, to take responsibility for it. I had asked God to use me and that I wanted to become a writer. I never imagined this is how it would show up!

It wasn't until 2002 did all information begin to come out in verbal form. An Akashic Records teacher, came for a massage and we spoke a little about what she did and what was coming through me. I immediately signed up for her classes and completed all three levels under her training. This finally gave me the verbal component to work one-on-one with other people. I could now access my own Records, the Records of others, and to go deeper into the questioning process.

This work has not only healed my own heart and throat chakras (I have had surgeries in both areas), but it is service I am most inspired to reach out to others and share. It uses all the energetic components of thoughts, words, energy, pictures, colors, feelings, breath and whatever I am guided to use in a session.

Akashic Records are now done worldwide, in person, over the phone and online. I act as a reporter or translator working from an unseen dimension to a seen dimension. I do not edit anything which comes through for a client, often using language which is completely unfamiliar to my own day-to-day vocabulary. The Masters, Teachers and Loved Ones of the person receiving the Reading, uses language, images and information familiar to the person receiving the reading. It is as if data is being "downloaded" through me for another. It is my job to stay very present and listen or relay data as authentically as it is coming in. All the visual arts, color, energy, chakra and sign language training I received in my past is used as the messages are flowing through.

I believe I am receiving three distinct frequencies of information called F1, F2, and F3. Frequency 1 is the God/Source and is written & verbal form, Frequency 2 is Masters and Teachers of those for whom I am receiving the reading, and is verbal; Frequency 3 is your Loved Ones and is also verbal.

A Sacred Prayer opens the energy of the Records. You begin to ask questions - the more information you can give, the more detail is returned back to you in the form of the answer. Often energetic work is brought into your session and you are guided through color and breath to release, rebalance and recharge your energetic field. Data flows through, until there is no further information they want you to have, and then the Records are closed. Sessions are 1/2 hour, 1 hour, and 1 1/2 hour approx. I DO NOT HAVE ANY RECALL OF THE INFORMATION ONCE IT IS GIVEN AND THE RECORDS ARE CLOSED. It is sacred, confidential information for the client and not for me. To access further data for you, I would need to re-open your Records. I am just the messenger.

The goal in Akashic Record Energy Work is to align the day-to-day Personality Self with the Soul Self. It is also to bring about complete clarity and integration of what we think, say, do, believe and feel. It is my utmost pleasure to work with you in the "Hall of Records."
